I had the fantastic opportunity to chat with the owners of Crossfit Reviver right here at home in Rochester Hills, Michigan! This is the place that I drag my sorry butt to at 4:30 in the morning - what an amazing way to wake up (I say that 85% seriously, and 15% saracastically)! They grilled me on the shoulder, and we talked about everything from why individuals with shoulder pain should make sure to see a physio or physician to rule out neck/cervical spine problems...to an interesting corrective exercise that helps improve scapular strength and stability with overhead movements. I can't say enough good things about both the training methods of this gym and the overall quality of these guys.
